Fantastic first experience here with a familiar face - felt confident that Teresa was finding the best break and best deal for the party looking to travel. Booked our first trip with Stonehouse recently and we were absolutely blown away with the level of customer service. After enquiring with a very loose guide as to what we were looking for, Jo demonstrated her breadth of knowledge brilliantly providing an almost never ending list of top class options whilst also giving her recommendations and reasons why. After the pleasant experience of booking, I have also enquired about another trip which isn’t feasible due to covid. The main thing that stood out in both cases is that the recommendations and feedback have been honest and reliable where other agents could have attempted to make a ‘quick buck’. I have no hesitations in recommending Stonehouse (and Jo in particular) and will be using them in the future.

After having our hotel in Tenerife cancelled the day before we were due to go, jo went above & beyond to make sure she found us a replacement hotel & made sure it was a good 1. she also helped us out while she was on holiday to make sure we had everything sorted. we had an amazing holiday & we can highly recommend jo & we will be returning to book for next year, thank you Stonehouse travel x
